Conference Scholarship Application Information

• The Wyoming Occupational Therapy Association offers a limited number of scholarships to student members and others interested in attending the WyOTA Annual Conference and Business Meeting.
  
  
• Scholarship applications will be available by either contacting Sarah King at sarah-a-king@bresnan.net or by downloading the application from the WyOTA website at www.wyota.org.
  
  
• Only completed applications will be considered.
  
  
• Application must be postmarked no later than 30 days prior to the event and should be submitted to that address provided on the application.
  
  
• Applicants will be notified by 15 days prior to the event regarding the outcome of their request.
  
  
• Recipients of the scholarships may be asked to assist the conference committee during the conference. Recipient will not be asked to miss workshop time to fulfill the request.
  
  
• Recipients will be responsible for the cost of lodging, meals, and transportation. Only the conference registration fees and the activities included in the conference registration fee will be considered for the scholarship.
